Life does not end when we die. Death is a rebirth into a spirit world of life and love, (Heaven) a transition from the physical to the spiritual. It is not frightening or painful. It is a joyful homecoming to our creator who put us here, who then welcomes us back with loving arms.
There are many religions on earth because we are all at different levels of spiritual development and each religion does teach some truth.
Although, I do not believe in organized religion for me. I believe in spirituality. I believe in what I believe; not under guidelines of what one organization tells me to believe and follow. Like someone once told me, religion is for people afraid to go to hell and spirituality is for people who’ve been there and don’t want to go back.
There are very few coincidences and angels and spirits of loved ones surround us to help us on earth. Also, spiritual laws govern our existence and every part of God’s creation is intimately connected with every other part. Everything we do has a ripple effect for good or bad on the rest of the world. All things, both positive and negative, provide opportunities for growth and are placed in our lives for a purpose. We experience the effect of our own thoughts and actions. God loves us unconditionally. We are eternal spirits who came here to grow and learn to love and then are received back into Heaven.
My spirit prepared before it came to earth. I knew what kind of person I would be and what trials and tribulations I would face. Sometimes I forget why I am here. And then have to remind myself.
Sometimes I can’t wait to see my Creator. I imagine Him wrapping His arms around me and embracing me. But it is not yet my time. I have a mission to complete while I am here. Even though I might not ever know what that mission is.
