One of many children

A link in our family chain,

Our chain on Earth is broken

Our souls remain the same.

 

In Heaven our souls will link again

Our chain will join as one,

Our love cannot be broken

Sisters and brothers, we are one.

 

For now our hearts are aching

We sit and wonder why,

If our love could have saved you

Then you would have never died.

 

For now we must live on

You would have told us to,

It is much easier knowing

Someday we'll be with you
